For heavy-duty preservation and transport applications, 8 Unit Clay Desiccant provides high-capacity protection against moisture, corrosion, mildew, and rust. Packed in a rugged Tyvek® Unit Pak, it’s the ideal solution for bulk containers, crates, or long-term sealed storage environments.

Each 8-unit desiccant contains activated Bentonite clay that is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and capable of adsorbing up to 20% of its weight in water vapor within 6 hours. Designed for aerospace, defense, electronics, and machinery preservation, this desiccant complies with MIL-D-3464 Type I and II standards.

The Tyvek® substrate offers exceptional tear resistance and a dust-free surface, keeping packaging clean and compliant with strict handling requirements. Clariant’s desiccants are QPL-approved under Mil-D-3464E, ensuring unmatched reliability for mission-critical operations.
