HD100 is a QPL-listed MIL-PRF-131 barrier material engineered for mission-critical preservation and packaging applications. This super heavy-duty laminate delivers unmatched resistance to puncture, while protecting against water vapor, grease, and environmental contaminants, ensuring long-term protection for valuable assets in storage and transit.
Constructed with a multi-layer structure of Biax Nylon / PE / Foil / PE / Heavy-Duty Green Coex, HD100 combines superior tensile strength, puncture resistance, and heat-seal performance, designed to meet the most demanding military and industrial packaging standards.
