MIL-PRF-81705 Type I ESD Moisture Barrier Film

MIL-PRF-81705 Type I barrier material is engineered specifically for applications where ESD protection, EMI shielding, and moisture control are essential. This advanced laminate protects static-sensitive devices and assemblies from electrostatic discharge, electromagnetic interference, oxygen, and water vapor, ensuring safe long-term storage and transit of high-value electronics.

Built with a multilayer structure of Met-PET / Polyethylene / Foil / ESD-Sealant, it combines a metallic moisture barrier with low surface resistivity layers that rapidly dissipate charge. The film is fully heat-sealable, enabling fabrication into ESD-safe barrier bags, pouches, liners, and covers used throughout defense, aerospace, semiconductor, and electronics-manufacturing supply chains.
