Versil-Pak 3-2 | Double-Side Waxed Rolls

Versil-Pak 3-2 is a waxed barrier wrap constructed from a medium-weight cotton fabric core coated on both sides with a high-adhesion protective wax and polyethylene blend. This durable, flexible material provides waterproof, greaseproof, abrasion-resistant, and corrosion-inhibiting performance, making it ideal for wrapping piping, pumps, motors, machinery, and irregular shapes in industrial, oilfield, and utility environments.

Note: Versil-Pak 3-2 meets the legacy requirements of JAN-B-121, a Federal Specification now inactive for new design and maintained only for replacement purposes.

Made for the toughest field conditions, Versil-Pak 3-2 combines high tensile strength, excellent moldability, and dead-fold capability with a strong protective barrier that locks out soil, moisture, grease, dust, and environmental contaminants. The two-sided wax coating forms a tight overlap seal, while the polyethylene film enhances overall barrier properties. The cotton fabric base allows the wrap to conform easily to irregular surfaces, welds, joints, threaded sections, straps, couplings, and valves.

Because it is lightweight, easy to handle, and requires no special equipment, Versil-Pak 3-2 is ideal for field wrapping, temporary and permanent protective applications, and on-site maintenance or repair.
